Anil Jain has 34 years of experience in the Crop Protection industry. He has worked extensively to promote sustainable, modern plant protection practices to the small and fragmented Indian farm holdings. He was chairman of CropLife India. His last position was chief marketing officer of Bayer CropScience. He had an earlier stint in a Bank, implementing schemes for financing small farmers, funded by World Bank. He retired on March 31st 2015. At present Anil works as an agriculture consultant.
