Thus stated Roald Lapperre, Director General Agri & Food of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. “The index underscores the important role of farmers and the private sector in creating worldwide and inclusive growth in agriculture”.
The Dutch government initiated the development of the Access to Seeds Index.
