Information on seed sector interventions that deliver impact at scale is hard to come by. ISSD Africa supports the measurement of seed sector performance in a systemic way.
This video by Wageningen University shows that also reports produced by the Access to Seeds Index are used by policy makers in Western and Central Africa to inform their seed sector development policies.
It is the aim of the Access to Seeds Index to closely work together with other initiatives that monitor various parts of seed sector, such as TASAI, the WorldBank’s Enabling Business of Agriculture or ISSD to increase each others impact.
